Everyone has their favorite store for various reasons like convenience, time saving, specific items available, opportunity to multi-task, etc. Here are 3 reasons I like to shop at Walgreens.
Get a Shot, Give A Shot
I thought we were done with shots after the age of 5 until my oldest was 15, but I guess I was wrong. He has a few more shots he is going to need soon. The great news is not only can we stop by Walgreens for easy back-to-school immunizations, like whooping cough and meningitis, but at the same time we can help out someone else.
Thanks to the Walgreens #GiveaShot program, this year when a child gets their back-to-school immunization at Walgreens, they will provide a lifesaving vaccine to a child in in a developing country through the UN Foundations’s Shot@Life campaign. Pretty neat!
Quick Stops Made Easy
Going into a grocery store with 3 children is hard, especially when the only thing you need to get is milk and it is all the way in the back…you know, where you have to pass everything in the store first! Walgreens is a great quick stop for when you need just a few essentials and do not want to waste time getting distracted.
Save Time and Money
My daughter loves shopping with me, but takes forever to make choices. So knowing, that Walgreens has a little of everything and how we can in and out quickly, my daughter and I had a fun Mommy/Daughter date picking out new journals and some fun coloring/writing accessories.
There were just the right amount of cute options to choose from making my daughter feel like she got a good selection.
Our goal is to write more this year and we are going to have fun doing it because a girl can never use too many colors, right? Walgreens helped me save time, money (and sanity)!
Thank you for the tips! #client
