Who doesn’t love Pumpkin and Banana?!
Make them into a cookie with CHOCOLATE!
Makes for a great after school snack too!
Here’s What You Need:
- 1 box cake mix (Preferably spice cake mix, but I used yellow and it was still delicIOUS)
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
Step 1: Mix the cake mix & pumpkin puree and 2 mashed bananas.
Step 2: Add the chocolate chips (I used about 2/3 of the bag, and there were plenty).
Step 3: Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet (don’t even worry about making them look pretty).
Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. You can add a little cinnamon or nutmeg to spice it up too!
My test taster had no objections!
Enjoy this yummy Fall treat!
