Don’t forget to check out this wonderful service project you can do with your family… Calling All Angels!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I’m declaring it a sick day! I have been trying to put a tutorial up since Monday, but it will have to wait because the computer has been taken capture for movie watching by sickies who need to rest. I wanted to post something, and since it is sick season at our house, I thought I would share one of our favorite family drinks. We love it all the time, but it tastes especially yummy when you are sick…let me introduce you to Cranberry Orange Juice
Many may have already had this mix, but my husband and I did not discover it until our first Anniversary. We were at a fancy restaurant (a major splurge for us on our student budget) and we saw it on the menu under the beverages. When we asked the waitress about it she went on about how good it was. It seemed like an odd combination, but boy, were we wrong. It has been a favorite ever since!
What You Need:
- Cranberry Juice
- Orang Juice
- Cup
Directions:
Step 1: We usually do 2/3 orange juice and 1/3 cranberry juice. If you mix it right, you will have 2 different distinct layers, but we are not patient enough to wait that long! lol
Step 2: Drink and enjoy! They barely take a breathe while drinking. And you would not believe how hard it was for them to wait and take that top picture!
How often do you try to get every drop from a drink?
What is your family’s favorite drink?
Yum! I’ll have to try this one.
Ooh sounds yum – and a great “basic” recipe for kids!! 🙂
Thanks for linking up!
Maggy
We call that a Savannah Sunrise!
I like that name…It’s more fun than Cran-Orange!
Yum! Sounds like a good drink.
