Below I have a 6 week form for you to be able to keep track of your weekly points, and 2 daily check off forms. One form allows for more detail, for those of us who lose track during the day, and the other is a little more simple, perfect for keeping in your day planner or wallet. The Daily Trackers are meant to be quick checkoffs. If you don’t do something leave it blank for that day/activity. Please let me know if there is any trouble viewing these.
