Valentine’s Day Recap, White Trail Mix and Friday Brag Fest 2/18

With Valentine’s Day this past week, we passed out our homemade crayons and cards to our friends. I promised to post a final picture of his card once it was finished, so here you go. It’s the bottom picture. My daughter did not want to be left out, so she helped make some fish and turtle crayons to give to a few friends. We also happened to have some chocolates, so we added those in, too, for her little friends. Her card says “U R A Fin-tastic Friend!” Both kiddos were so excited to have something to share!

And I know, I am a slacker….this is the picture I meant to post to last Friday’s Brag Fest. We maid White Trail Mix and bagged it up to drop off at friends’ houses as a little surprise. All we did is pour cereal, pretzels and peanut m$m’s in a bowl with some melted almond bark. We mixed it together well and then spread it on a large piece of wax paper on the table until it hardened. Oh, so yummy and very addicting!
