Halloween Past! – Part 1

I have been thinking about this particular costume all month with the current October Fun Challenge. My mom located the photo for me and sent it over.

Isn’t this hilarious?!?! It is made out of card stock. My Mom was due with my brother this year the day before Halloween. My Mom is amazing at creating all things crafty as long as she doesn’t have to sew it (or so she says)… Glue guns, duct tape, staplers, and quick sketches she has a talent for!

Here I think I am in Kindergarten or first grade. All I really remember about this costume is that there were 2 empty toilet paper rolls glued to the back as handles for me to hold it up to my face. I had to turn sideways to get through doors (that part embarrassed the shy me at the time). My elementary school allowed everyone to dress up and we paraded around the school through every classroom so every student could see each other….I was hard to miss that year!

Seriously, it cracks me up to look at this! Way to go Mom!
