I love this frosting recipe!! It is quick and easy to make, it creates a fluffy look without having a ton of actual greasy frosting on the cake and it tastes great! Maybe I feel less guilty eating it, too, because it is not all the added calories of typical frosting. We love to use this frosting on our regular cakes, cupcakes/ cupcake cones and especially our ice cream cakes!
So easy to make and use a toddler can decorate with it and it’s an easy clean up!
What You Need:
- 1 – 4 oz box of pudding
- 8-16 oz whipped topping (I use light)
- 1 cup milk
- Bowl
- Whisk or mixing spoon
- Food Coloring (optional)
Directions: Mix milk and pudding together in the bowl. Add desired amount of whipped cream and mix it in. (I start out with 8 oz and keep adding until I get the consistency I want. The more you add the thicker the mixture gets.) Add coloring, if needed. Frost right away or refrigerate mixture until ready to frost your creation. WARNING: Be prepared for lots of compliments on the frosting!
ENJOY!!!
