Sheet to Pillowcase and Friday Brag Fest 4/1

My son has been begging me to draw a Spider-Man on his pillowcase for over a year. Only one problem…I do not draw! I can trace and was debating on doing something like that until I happened to be at a local thrift store and found a fitted Spider-Man sheet in great condition. Problem solved! After making my daughter her dress last week, I had to make my son something. So, I pulled out the sheet and let him help me make it into his new pillowcase! I was prepared to let him help me cut it, but all he wanted to do was pull out the pins. Hey, I am way ok with that!

I just realized this is the only picture I have of the pillowcase, so far. So, for your entertainment…Here is his new Spider-Man pillowcase. It matches his Spider-Man and Friends bed sheet.

This is how I found him one day earlier this week when he was supposed to be napping and I will quote my son “Mom, I love my picture.” I love that kid!
