Eating healthy is important for me! I’ve been cutting out sugars and carbs this year and it’s paying off. This has helped me stay on track and loose weight. I LOVE avocados, lime and honey, so making it into a dressing was even better.
Avocado & Lime Salad Dressing
What You Need:
1 ripe avocado
juice from 1 lime
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 c. + 2 tbsp water
Directions:
Step 1: Cut avocado in half, remove pit and squeeze the insides into a blender. If it doesn’t come out easily then your avocado probably isn’t ripe enough.
Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
Step 3: Blend until smooth and creamy. You may want to adjust the amount of water depending on how thick you want it.
Enjoy!

This looks tasty. How long can you keep it for?
I asked Shannon and she says that it never lasts long enough to find out! lol I know with avocado based foods, I always keep the pit to store with it so it doesn’t go brown. I hope that helps a little more!
