Doesn’t this look yummy?!?! I have an amazing friend that has been sharing her creations with me and now I get to share them with you! As an added bonus, this is super easy to put together and it is HEALTHY. Yummy goodness and an awesome looking dinner is on the way!
What You Need:
Main Dish:
- Ground Turkey (1.25 lbs in the picture)
- Spinach
- Basil
- Garlic
- Mozzarella cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Large bowl
- 9 x 13 inch pan
Side Dish:
- Squash
- Mushrooms
- Scallions
- Olive Oil
- Itallian Dressing packet
- Whole wheat pasta
- A little bit of spaghetti sauce
Directions:
Step 1: In a large bowl, add all the ingredients together. A little of each to the ground turkey. She said it was seriously that easy to put together!.
Step 2: Roll into balls and place into a pre-greased 9×13 inch pan.
Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Step 4: Prep the sides while you wait… Sauté veggies in a pan with a little olive oil and a little bit of an italian dressing packet. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 5: Enjoy!
