Week 4 Bonus Points:
Create and plan ahead a menu plan for 3 days this week for 3 of your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I know for me making a menu takes me a little time to prepare to get the food and other things (including mentally prepping!). Possible points: 1 point for every day you plan your meals/menu (max 3) and 1 point for every day you eat your planned meals (max 3). Total points possible 6 max
***Hint: Week 5’s Challenge will be a full week of implementing a menu plan. So be prepared to get it ready!
