Let’s see how everyone did. What kind of new exercises did you do? Remember do not get discouraged if you did not have a good week. We are building healthy habits. Make Week 5 better than last week. Week 5 Bonus Points: Get 1 extra hour a sleep a night/day making it a total of 7 hours! (1 point for each day you get 7+ hours sleep = Max 7 points for week 5). Possible points: 1 point for each 7 hours sleep obtained in a 24 hour period for a max of 7 points (which means, you can get 1 point for you 6 hours of sleep and 1 extra point for your additional hour of sleep a day.)

Had a hard time with the sugar this week. Really wanted chocolate! lol But other than that, I did pretty good on everything else. I think I am going to pretend it is week one and start fresh and hardcore again. I really want to drink the 96 oz of water…lost 4 lbs that week!
