If you stopped by this post, it is because you are looking for some inspiration for some Father’s Day Gift Ideas. My motto is to keep it simple and the kids HAVE to be involved. Sometimes, with younger children this may seem to limit what is possible, but it does not have to. All the following ideas are perfect for all ages of kiddos to help/participate in one way or another. Please feel free to share any other ideas or variations in the comments below this post!
Do you have a Dad that wears a tie to work or church? Then this project is perfect. This is my husband’s favorite Father’s Day Gift (so far). The first time I made it was when our oldest was 3 months old and, to my surprise, he actually requested a 2nd one a few years later to include our daughter in it. We have one in the mail for Grandpa this year.

Our next favorite Father’s Day Gift is this “All About You Video”. This is perfect for all ages. Check out the full post for a list of ideas of possible questions to get you started and then just go with it. What does your child think Dad does after they go to bed? What is Dad’s favorite food?…etc. So much fun! There is also a video sample included.

Every parent deserves a few cheesy gifts and my kiddos are still so proud of their rocks 2 years later. Great for young children and older, too. You can be as creative as you want with it. My 11 year old niece made one, too, and had a blast!

We shared these 5 ideas for Mother’s Day and any of them can be adjusted for Father’s Day, too. Personal Breakfast Ideas, Chocolate Madness and more. Check them out!
More Creative Father’s Day Gifts On a Dime
I am feeling pretty proud of myself this year when it comes to Father’s Day. We already went shopping for the supplies we need to make our gift last Friday. That’s a whole week ahead of time, People! I was actually hoping to have it done today to show off, but the weekend got busy and Dad was always around...not complaining about this, but it is hard to make a gift for someone who is there. 😀 So, we will be working on it today and showing it off, hopefully tomorrow. So, STAY TUNED!!! UPDATE: Here it is.. Check out our Photo Collage Blocks!

Love the ideas, Michelle! I’m going to have to do the All About Dad video with Kaelyn this year! LOL!
Thanks for the ideas for Father’s Day gifts! I may be simple this year take my dad camping. Last year I got him a Tailgater from Dish, and from what he tells me, he uses it quite a lot while camping or tailgating. Last week he was using his Tailgater to show the Rockies game in HD in the backyard for my aunt’s birthday. It’s funny how crazy they are over baseball. I took a mini vacation from my job at Dish because I wasn’t going to miss my dad’s cooking. I’m not looking to go crazy again this year, but that doesn’t mean he wont enjoy the camping trip his kids are going to take him on!
That’s awesome! Such a fun and personal idea. You can’t give a better gift!
