My husband and I first met around Valentine’s Day and since it is so close we celebrate our Valentine’s Day on the anniversary of our first meeting. This year it was a crazy day, so I managed to make a nice meal of Chicken Lasagna Rolls and Chocolate Parfaits for a desert later in the evening. My kids are not pasta eaters, but they ended up really liking this and so did my husband! I got the recipe from the Kristi Approved Blog and still haven’t the heart to tell my husband that it was a healthy meal! 😉
