No Bake Rudolph Noses are perfect for the holidays. Super easy, fast and fun perfect for any holiday treat. The kids will love helping to roll these out. This is almost like a Christmas alternative to the chocolate no bake cookies! Enjoy!
What You Need:
This recipe makes approximately 28 cookie
- 1 Package of White Chocolate Chips (12 oz)
- 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
- 3 Sleeves of Butter Crackers like Ritz
- Red Food Coloring (8-10 drops)
Directions:
Step 1: In a saucepan or a microwave safe bowl (depending on your heating method) combine Sweetened Condensed Milk and food coloring. Stir until mixed.
Step 2: Turn up the heat and add the chocolate! Melt the candy melts and sweetened condensed milk together on the stove top or in microwave. Mix continuously. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Then add the finely crushed crackers and make sure they are fully covered in the chocolate mixture. Cool for about 20 minutes until thick and cool enough for handling.
Step 4: Time to rock and ROLL! Let the mix cool all the way before you try rolling them into balls…To make each cookie ball, use 1 heaping tablespoon of “batter” and hand roll into balls. Set them on a non-stick surface such as wax paper. Keep them in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
Enjoy & Merry Christmas!
