We have had a lot of fun celebrating and sharing our #DisneySide with our friends this past month. A month ago we had a wonderful surprise. It was a package my oldest watched for daily once he knew it was coming. And boy where they excited for our @Home Celebration Kit to arrive.
We decided to use our #DisneySide kit to throw a surprise after school party on my son’s birthday. So, I baked some cookies and shaped them with our Mickey Mouse shaped cookie cuter…
And put up our Disney themed decorations and put together some yummy snacks including some Mickey Mouse shaped cheese I was able to find at the store…
He did not expect friends to come over on his birthday, so it was fun to have them show up just as we got home from school. And boy, oh boy, was he excited!!!
We played one of his favorite games…Connect Four. Who does not love a Connect Four Tournament.
The snacks were enjoyed, of course!
Then we turned on a Disney Music station on Pandora to dance, jump on the trampoline and play #DisneySide Bingo.
We finished the afternoon with our yummy #DisneySide Micky Mouse cookies…
…and Goofy temporary tattoos!
Everyone had fun and we had plenty of cookies leftover for the rest of us to enjoy. We also had plenty of additional activities leftover, too. That is right, I planned way more than we ended up having time for. You know what that means? Yup, more fun for another day. I am thinking we have to do something fun with it all for Spring Break. Bring on the fun!
And just to add one more fun moment to the night, we decided to show our #DisneySide via our Mickey Mouse Pizza for his Birthday Dinner. Super easy to create by adding 2 additional pepperonis to each pepperoni already on the pizza. You can not go wrong with that!
More important than anything is that my son loved the party and I loved how easy it was to put together with the help of our @Home Celebration Kit!
