Eight weeks have come to a close and it is time to announce our official 2013 Slim Down For Summer Fitness Challenge Winner. But, first I want to tell everyone who participated that you are all awesome and did such a great job! I hope everyone was able to learn something new, gain (or re-emphasize) some healthy habits and lose some weight/inches. I know I lost 8 lbs, which I am pretty sure will be staying off since I lost it overtime and not in one week. Thank you for joining in on the fun and fitness!
