I discovered a daily picture helped me keep track, which especially helped after a weekend of sick kiddos! I definitely have room for improvement, but having partners to check-in with is totally motivating me!

I want to congratulate everyone who is joining in on our Fresh Start Fitness Challenge. You all did awesome and you are inspiring me to do better! Week 2 is a new week and we all start with a clean slate (points don’t carry over), make it awesome!
