Welcome Back To Week 2 Check-In!
Let’s see how everyone did. We made it through week 2. If you have been completely sugar free for the two weeks, you have been through the worst of it. From what I understand, it should be better from here on out. Remember do not get discouraged if you did not have a good week. We are building healthy habits. Make Week 3 better than last week. Week 3 Bonus Points: Drink an extra 32 oz. of water a day. Possible points: 1 point for each day you drink 96+ oz. water = 7 points max for the week. (So, you can do this every day!) ***HINT: On the weekly tracking form you can use each box to count as 16oz of water instead of 8oz, if that helps.

Not as good a week as I was hoping. The sugar got to me 🙁 I need to get rid of some stress without needing to resort to sugar. On a bright note though, I got a gift card to a candy store (hahaha, sad timing), but I found they sell sugar free chocolate!! So I ordered that!
The weekends always do me in. I just can’t seem to say no to a delicious dessert.
Went to my Dad’s Master Singer Easter concert last night. I was very good. Love hearing a great group old men singing. That is what we did for my bonus points for week two.
I was in a slump for a couple of days which got my sugar points taken away, but overall I did pretty well!
Not doing as well as I would like either..plan to change that this week!

Did muchhh better this week! Although, I had lots of room for improvement!!! (As I only had 5 for week 1). Ended the week at 17!
