Week 6 Bonus Points: Eat minimum of 5 full servings of fruits and veggies daily (for 6 days). That’s 5 together total, not 5 fruits and 5 veggies. Bonus points possible: 6 (1 point for each day you accomplish this)! Note: According to cdc.gov’s calculator for active women (which we are because we are working out, right?), we are supposed to have 2 cups fruits and 3 cups veggies daily. Here is a visual of what makes a cup of fruit and veggies for anyone needed a little more information…What counts as a cup of fruit and vegetables?
