1 WEEK LEFT! I can not believe that 7 weeks have gone by so fast! How are you feeling? Have you seen any changes in you life?
I was searching for some inspiration for the challenge this week on the Kristi Approved Blog because they have lots of exercises on their site and I was thinking about adding a challenge about resistance training or something like that. And then I came across this article called Why Exercise Won’t Make You Thin. This is a really interesting article! It discusses some popular thinking and really changed my perspective on exercise.
